Shipping policy

Shipping costs are unfortunately necessary.

We keep our postage charges to the absolute minimum. Postage is charged on weight and size of your parcel. Most items will now be sent via Evri Courier. This is a fully tracked service and you will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress for yourself. Evri now offer a ‘postable size’ or the standard ‘parcel size’ the prices we charge reflect this. If you order is only small (1 snap bar or 1 packet of melts) these will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class.

For orders sent via Evri, our aim is to post next working day, Royal Mail orders will be sent Mondays and Thursdays
